What’s next?

STEP 1: We review your case
We’ll email or call you if any information or medical documents are needed to provide you with a personalised quote. We forward patient inquiries to clinics only when the case contains all necessary medical information for a patient to receive treatment.

STEP 2: Communicate with the clinic(s) 
Once your case is ready, we’ll put you in touch directly with the clinic. You’ll hear back from the clinic either by email or by phone, and they will send you a quote(s) for your requested treatment(s). Be very aware of what is and what is NOT included in the quote.

STEP 3: Book your appointment and plan your trip! 
If you are happy with the quote provided by the clinic, request to schedule an appointment. Some clinics provide tips on accommodation and can book you airport transfers, too.
